I am a multidisciplinary artist currently focusing on creating textile pieces. It’s all about the processes / transformations for me, whether it’s about art or the world around me in which art is the record of that.

Here, thawing is a change of state, acceleration heating up, it’s an expression of entagled thought submitted to the loom, being part of larger machines that create unevitable movements. Under this tension what becomes visible are pathogenic structures, underlaying disease.

The piece is woven with cotton, sisal and dock sticks, dipped in the strong logwood dye and suspended on the branch. The only trace of animal is with 2 red dots – they are made with hanspun wool dyed with cochineal.

I’m a multidisciplinary artist currently focused on creating textile pieces. For me, it’s all about processes and transformations—whether in art or the world around me, where art serves as a record of change.

Here, thawing represents a shift in state; acceleration generates heat, and entangled thoughts are submitted to the loom, becoming part of larger machines that drive inevitable movements. Under this tension, pathogenic structures and underlying disease emerge.

The piece is woven with cotton, sisal, and dock sticks, dipped in strong logwood dye (with iron sulphate), and suspended from a branch. Two red dots of handspun, cochineal-dyed wool hint at animal presence.

How this garden works

note ·

garden index

  • A folder in ~/garden is a page of the site, showing everything inside it, newest first. Folders inside it are linked at the top.
  • A note is a Markdown file. Links between notes are written as [[note name]], and hovering one shows a preview.
  • Hashtags like garden group notes from different folders.
